For kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home remodels, we offer on-site scanning and measurements, 3D modeling where useful, and guidance with fixtures, finishes, and materials. Your proposal will identify the design services included in your project.

Design and modeling are complementary services included with an approved remodel project. Independent design and consultation services are billed at an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the scope of the project.
Your initial consultation and preliminary 24-hour estimate are free. Detailed scanning, modeling, and selections begin after approval of a construction agreement or a separate design agreement, and any design fee is disclosed before work begins.
