For kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home remodels, we offer on-site scanning and measurements, 3D modeling where useful, and guidance with fixtures, finishes, and materials. Your proposal will identify the design services included in your project.
Roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior projects typically include measurements and product or color selections. Scanning and 3D modeling are provided when needed for the agreed scope.
Additions, structural changes, and custom builds may require architectural drawings, engineering, and permit documents. These services are scoped and priced separately from remodeling design support.
Is there a design fee or agreement?
Design and modeling are complementary services included with an approved remodel project. Independent design and consultation services are billed at an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the scope of the project.
Your initial consultation and preliminary 24-hour estimate are free. Detailed scanning, modeling, and selections begin after approval of a construction agreement or a separate design agreement.
Any design fee is disclosed before work begins. The agreement defines the deliverables, included revisions, payment terms, and whether the fee is credited toward construction.
