Submit Your Project or Schedule a Consultation

Confirm Scope and Review the Proposal
We verify existing conditions, confirm the scope with you, and walk through the proposal so you know what's included.

Complete Design, Selections, and Planning as Applicable
For interior remodels this can include LiDAR floor plans, 3D modeling, and guided selections. We coordinate applicable permits.

Prepare the Home and Begin Construction
We set up floor protection and dust containment under the D.A.S. Clean Home Standard, then begin work with regular communication and daily cleanup.

Complete the Final Walkthrough and Project Closeout
We walk the finished project with you, address any details, and review your Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
