Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
D.A.S. Homes stands behind all our workmanship with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
Our guarantee

Built on quality. Driven by trust.
What "lifetime" means
The warranty takes effect on the date of substantial completion of the contracted work and remains in force for the lifetime of the original property owner's ownership of the property. It is non-transferable — coverage ends when the property is sold or transferred.
What the warranty covers
Defects arising directly from the workmanship and installation performed by D.A.S. Homes, including improper installation of materials, fixtures, or components; defects in labor quality that result in structural or functional failure; and failures caused by incorrect application of installation techniques. This includes work performed by our employees and subcontractors under our direct supervision. Coverage applies to work completed under a signed contract with D.A.S. Homes.
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear
Gradual deterioration from everyday use, such as surface scratches, fading, worn finishes, or aging of materials.
Owner abuse or misuse
Damage from improper use, negligence, accident, alteration, or unauthorized modification.
Lack of maintenance
Damage or defects arising from failure to perform routine or recommended maintenance.
Manufacturer defects
Defects in materials, products, or equipment attributable to the manufacturer — these are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
Acts of God and external causes
Damage from natural disasters, flooding, earthquakes, fire, extreme weather, or other causes beyond our control.
Unauthorized third-party work
Damage or failures from modifications, repairs, or alterations made by parties other than D.A.S. Homes after substantial completion.
Change in ownership
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner at the time of substantial completion.
Manufacturer warranties
Materials, products, fixtures, and equipment installed by D.A.S. Homes may carry their own separate manufacturer warranties, issued directly by the manufacturer and governed by the manufacturer's terms. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating and submitting a manufacturer warranty claim, but we do not fulfill, modify, or guarantee manufacturer warranties. Please retain all product documentation, registration cards, and receipts.
