Appointment & inquiry privacy

We use your submitted contact details, project information and private uploads to respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate. Website inquiries and confirmed consultations are recorded separately.

Calendly appointments

Calendly handles scheduling and the booking details you provide there. We verify the consultation type, booking identifiers, creation time, appointment time, reschedules and cancellations through Calendly. Our measurement records do not copy your name, email, phone number, project answers or address from Calendly.

Where inquiries and bookings came from

We record limited campaign labels, source category and landing-page path for internal measurement. Source history is kept only for the current browser session, with a maximum age of 30 days; returning in a new session may be unattributed. These labels are not proof that Google credited an ad. Missing sources stay unknown, and we do not match customers by email or phone.

Google advertising measurement

Where permitted by your advertising choice and region, Google Ads uses cookies and online identifiers to measure consultations completed inside our website calendar after Calendly verification and improve advertising. We send only an opaque booking identity for duplicate prevention, not your name, email, phone number, project answers, appointment time or address. Bookings completed in a separate tab and later cancellations are not automatically reflected in this Google measurement.

Google Ads conversion uploads and customer matching remain disabled. Our internal source records do not save Google click identifiers or forward them to Calendly; Google's website tag may process advertising identifiers under your measurement choices. We do not send private inquiry or appointment records to Google. Read Google's advertising privacy information.

Your choices

Optional Google measurement is blocked in consent-required or unknown regions until you accept. You may reject or withdraw at any time. This browser retains dated advertising choices and the notice shown, including earlier acceptance when withdrawn. Withdrawal stops new optional measurement, but does not erase events already sent. Global Privacy Control and the optional source-label opt-out below also prevent new Google conversion events.

You can turn off optional website source labels below without affecting inquiries or bookings. We honor supported Global Privacy Control signals. Turning this off clears this browser's stored source history and stops adding labels to new submissions and calendar links; previously submitted records are not erased.
