Can you replace my bathtub with a walk-in shower?
Yes, subject to the space and existing conditions. We’ll evaluate the drain location, shower dimensions, waterproofing needs, and your preferences for glass, seating, and storage.

How do you protect against shower leaks?
Our scope identifies the waterproofing system and installation approach for the shower. Tile and grout are part of the finished surface; the waterproofing assembly behind them is essential to managing water.
Will you help me select tile, fixtures, and finishes?
Yes. We can help coordinate tile, grout, vanities, faucets, mirrors, lighting, and accessories. Scanning and modeling may also be included when specified in your design scope.
Can I use my bathroom during construction?
A full bathroom remodel generally makes that bathroom unavailable during construction. If it is your only bathroom, we’ll discuss the project sequence and practical arrangements before starting.
What happens if you find water damage or deteriorated plumbing?
We’ll document the condition, explain the recommended repair, and present any price or schedule change for approval before proceeding with additional work.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Timing depends on demolition, plumbing changes, waterproofing, tile work, inspections, and material deliveries. Your proposal will include an estimated duration for your specific project.

The initial estimate is based on the information provided. Final pricing may require a site visit, verified measurements, selections, and a written scope.

Do you offer financing?
We offer financing options through Acorn Finance, subject to approval and the partner’s current terms. The application link is attached to your estimate; financing applications are available after you receive it.
Is there a fee for scanning, modeling, or design selections?
Design and modeling are complementary services included with an approved remodel project. Independent design and consultation services are billed at an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the scope of the project. Your proposal identifies the services included, and any separate fee, agreement, or construction credit is disclosed before design work begins.
Who handles permits?
We identify permit needs during project planning. Your written agreement specifies responsibility for applications, fees, drawings, inspections, and any required professional services.
What warranty applies to my project?
Our workmanship is backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, subject to the written terms and exclusions. Your proposal and warranty documents explain the applicable coverage; manufacturer warranties are separate. Ask us to review the coverage for your specific project.
How are changes handled after I approve the project?
Changes are documented in writing with any price and schedule adjustments. We obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
How are payments scheduled?
Your agreement specifies the deposit, progress payments, and final payment requirements. We review the schedule with you before work begins.
