Independent design and consultation services are billed at an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the scope of the project. We identify permit needs during project planning. Your written agreement specifies responsibility for applications, fees, drawings, inspections, and any required professional services.
What warranty applies to my project?
Our workmanship is backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, subject to the written terms and exclusions. Your proposal and warranty documents explain the applicable coverage; manufacturer warranties are separate. Ask us to review the coverage for your specific project.
